Our Story
Our story begins, not in one place, but in two. Across Continents and Cultures, two distinct paths converged in the heart of Apex, North Carolina, to create Sabatino's Italian Restaurant.
The Kitchen
Romer, a professionally trained chef, hailing from the vibrant culinary scene of Chicago, carries a wealth of experience. His repertoire spanning the elegant artistry of French Cuisine to the comforting traditions of Italian fare. His dedication to culinary excellence forms the foundation of our kitchen.
Phil, a true son of Brooklyn, New York, embodies the spirit of the restaurant industry. With years of owning and operating numerous establishments, his expertise extends beyond the dining room. For two decades, Phil has lent his keen eye and practical knowledge to designing and building functional and beautiful kitchens for fellow restauranteurs. His passion for creating welcoming spaces is woven into the very fabric of Sabatino's.
